A $50 building plans review/processing fee is due when the Permit Application and drawings are submitted

- After hours and weekends please call the Franklin County Sheriff's Office non-emergency line at 636-583-2567
- Burn permits issued from September 16th to April 14th

- $75.00 for the first $2,000.00 or less estimated construction cost
- For each additional $1,000.00 add $2.50 per thousand dollars on estimated construction cost
NOTE: Contact the Fire Inspector to determine total Commercial Building Permit Fees prior to entering amount -
